About MAD
Maguey All Day (MAD) was born out of the hunt — chasing stories of rare bottles and elusive pours, hearing about them in passing but never knowing where to find them. Traveling only made it worse. You land in a new city, craving a real copita of mezcal, and end up guessing which bar might have one worth drinking. We built MAD so you don’t have to guess anymore.
At the center of it all is the Mezcal Map — a growing, community-built guide to the bars, restaurants, and bottle shops that pour and sell mezcal , tequila and agave spirits. From Los Angeles and San Diego to San Francisco, Chicago, and Mexico City, the map connects you to the people keeping mezcal culture alive — bartenders, shop owners, and curious drinkers alike.
Beyond the map, MAD is where education meets exploration. Our bottle database dives into brands, regions and methods — highlighting the work of traditional producers and the landscapes that shape their spirits. Our events feature keeps you connected to tastings, pop-ups, and festivals that celebrate mezcal’s deep roots and evolving story.
Behind every pour is more than flavor — it’s a record of land, labor, and lineage. Maguey All Day exists to uncover those stories, honor the craft, and keep the culture connected.
The best pours aren’t advertised — they’re found.
Help others find them, one copita at a time.
